Taichung Whisky Club (TCWC)

The Taichung Whisky Club is a local community for whisky enthusiasts and spirits lovers, founded to bring together those who appreciate fine whisky in Taichung. Our club offers a welcoming environment for both seasoned connoisseurs and newcomers looking to explore the world of whisky.

We meet regularly to sample and discuss a variety of whiskies, including rare and unique selections from global distilleries, with a special focus on independent bottlings, including well-known European labels like Cadenhead or Douglas Laing, but also bottlers from Taiwan who curate extraordinary expressions from famous brands. Members can enjoy guided tastings, exhibitions, and expert talks that dive deep into the craftsmanship and history behind each bottle.

Though many of our members are expats, our club is open to everyone, and we host events in English, with a focus on education, responsible enjoyment, and good company.
