Sunday Art Healing in Taichung: Paint What You Feel
Details
Paint what you can't quite put into words.
Every Sunday afternoon, join a small, quiet session where you paint how you feel right now, then look at your painting together with an art guide. No art skills needed. You don't even need to know what you want to paint.
HOW THE 90 MINUTES GO
- Settle in: A few slow breaths and a simple color-awareness exercise.
- Paint: Choose watercolor, ink, or acrylic. Browse our collection of East Asian art catalogs for inspiration, or ignore them and follow your hand.
- Read your painting: We look at your work together: its colors, lines, and empty space. I share what I notice and ask a few questions. You decide what feels true.
- Close: Leave with one sentence or one direction to carry into your week.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- A small group (up to 8 people), so everyone gets real attention
- All materials provided - Your painting is yours to take home
- Conducted in English.
WHO IT'S FOR
- Anyone who feels tired, busy, or "full" but can't say why
- Anyone curious about using art to understand themselves
