## 🌍 Our new Saturday social in Taipei — meet hiking buddies, city walk friends, and explore together.

This meetup is for travelers, expats, and locals who want to make real friends, plan hikes, join city walks, and discover more of Taipei together.

We’re trying this new idea for the first month — no ticket fee for now. Just buy one drink at the bar and you’re in. 😊

## ✅ No pressure. No awkward stuff.

Just come by, grab a drink 🍹, find a table, and see where the night goes.
Some people share ideas for hiking spots.
Some plan a city walk for next week.
Some just chat and end up with new friends for other fun plans.
Later on, you can stay for karaoke 🎤 or play a few cards upstairs. Totally chill — join if you feel like it.

✅ Food’s available — pizza, pasta, easy snacks.
✅ Stay a bit or all night — up to you. 🌙

📅 Every Saturday Night | 7:00–10:00 PM (or later if you want)

📍 TeaBar — 5 min walk from the MRT

💡 This month only — no ticket fee! (Regular ticket is NT$400 — now just buy one drink 🍹 and you’re in.)
🪑 17 seats downstairs, about 28 upstairs for karaoke.

✅ RSVP holds your seat until 8:00 PM.
No seat? No problem — most people stand, move around, and mingle.

Some events feel too crowded, too busy with games, or too forced.
This one’s not like that.
From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel it’s easy and friendly.
Since April 2024, this has been about real conversations and real plans.
Many people come once, make true friends, and go hiking or exploring together later.
Some even moved away but still tell me they miss this night.
That’s why I keep it simple — so when you show up, you feel welcome, meet good people, and maybe plan your next adventure too.

Do I need to book or pay in advance?
Nope. Just RSVP here and buy a drink when you arrive. Easy.

What if I’m shy or new in Taipei?
Totally fine — the vibe is relaxed. People are friendly and it’s easy to join a table.

Is it okay if my English (or Chinese) isn’t perfect?
Yes! People mix languages all the time. Everyone’s patient — no stress.

What time should I come?
Come before 8 if you want a seat. After that, people usually stand and mingle — works great too.

Can I really meet people to go hiking or exploring?
Yes — that’s the whole point! Many people swap plans for hikes, city walks, or short trips together.
