I’ve been to a lot of language exchange events that felt a bit awkward, too formal, or too focused on games — and even when the vibe was good, it was hard to really feel included — or parties that were fun, but left you feeling like you didn’t really connect with anyone.

So I set out to build something better.

It’s a chill, welcoming space —
where you can actually make real friends 🧡

We mix locals and expat and make sure no one feels left out.

Our events have been growing —and the energy keeps getting better.

So I’ve started inviting travelers passing through Taipei, and expats from nearby cities too.

That means you’ll meet even more interesting people and get a chance to see the world from different perspectives 🌍✨

Q: I'm new in Taipei and don’t know anyone—can I still join?
A: Absolutely! Most people come solo, and we love helping new faces feel at home. The vibe is super friendly, and we’ll introduce you to others right away.
You’ll feel welcome from the moment you walk in 😊

Q: Do I need to speak perfect English (or any language) to join?
A: Nope! This event is for everyone! No pressure at all. Just come as you are 😄

Q: I’m shy or arriving late. Will I be okay?

A: Yes! We’ll help you join the group and start chatting. You won’t be alone — just come say hi to the host 😊

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: We recommend arriving between 8:00–9:00 PM. That’s when most people come and it’s easiest to meet new friends early.

Q: Is there food at the bar?

A: Yes! 🍕The bar serves pizza, finger food, and pasta. You’re welcome to come early and have dinner before the event starts.

Q: How many people usually come to the event?

It really depends—Sometimes less, sometimes more than 30+.
But honestly, the number doesn’t matter.

Even if you only make one new friend, have a great chat, or just try something new for yourself—that alone makes it worth it.

Some events just don’t feel right—too crowded, too loud, too focused on games or language drills, too rigidly structured… or simply not your vibe.

I’ve been there.

And this one’s different.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel the chill and friendly atmosphere.
Since April 2024, this hasn’t just been a language exchange.

It’s been about real conversations—and real friendships.

Many people came once, made true friends, and kept coming back together.

Some even left Taiwan but still check in on what we’re up to.

That’s why I keep making this event better and more fun—

我參加過很多語言交換活動，有些讓人覺得尷尬、不自然，有些太拘謹、太專注於遊戲；就算氣氛不錯，有時還是很難真正融入、交到朋友。有些派對雖然好玩，但離開後卻沒有留下什麼連結。

所以我決定自己創造一個更好的空間。
這裡是個輕鬆、溫暖、歡迎每一個人的地方——

Q：需要英文很好（或會說特定語言）才能參加嗎？
A：完全不用！ 這個活動歡迎所有語言程度的人參加。沒有壓力，輕鬆自在，只要做你自己就好 😄

Q：我比較害羞，或是會晚到，這樣可以嗎？
A：沒問題！ 我們的主辦人會幫你融入大家，很快就能開始聊天。你不會落單的，只要勇敢來打聲招呼就好 😊

Q：建議幾點到現場比較好？
A：我們建議你在 8:00–9:00 PM 之間到，這時候是最多人來的時段，也最容易認識新朋友！

有些活動總覺得哪裡怪怪的吧——
太吵、太擠、太拘謹、只玩遊戲，或者氣氛對了，卻還是交不到朋友。
我懂，因為我也參加過這樣的活動。
這次，我想讓它不一樣。
你一走進來，就能感受到輕鬆又友善的氣氛。
從 2024 年 4 月開始，它就不只是語言交換，
而是關於真正的對話——與真正的朋友。

很多人來過一次就交到朋友，
之後他們一起再回來。
有些人離開台灣了，
還會回來看看我們最近在做什麼。
這就是我一直想把這個活動越辦越好的原因——

只希望當你來到現場，也能感受到這一點：
一個有溫度、有連結的地方，為真實的友誼而存在。
