I started this daily gathering because I was tired of the limitations of working in Taipei’s cafés. For example, have you ever arrived at a popular café only to find every seat taken, or ended up stuck next to a loud group while trying to focus? It’s frustrating to feel isolated in a crowded room where no one shares your lifestyle.
So I chose Tea Bar. It is a very Foreigner-Friendly spot with incredibly kind staff and regulars.
### 🕒 Time & Place
- When: Daily | 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM+
- Where: Tea Bar (Near MRT Liuzhangli)
- Entry: Min Spend NT$200 drink.
### Why we are different:
- No More Café Struggles: We have plenty of space, so seating is guaranteed.
- Peace & Quiet (2nd Floor): A dedicated quiet zone for work and study, away from the bar noise.
- Friendly Atmosphere (1st Floor): The bar downstairs is a welcoming space where it’s easy to start a conversation naturally.
- Organizer Presence: I (the organizer) am sometimes there on Sunday afternoons working as well—feel free to say hi!

You want to work, study, or plan your travels solo, but you enjoy being in a space where connections happen naturally and people are genuinely friendly.
### ❌ This space is NOT for you if:
- You expect a host: There is no one to introduce you. (This is NOT a social meetup).
- You want total isolation: If you want to be completely invisible and not speak to anyone.

- Plan your trip: Use our stable Wi-Fi and power outlets on the 2nd floor to map out your next adventure.

我之所以發起這個活動，是因為我受夠了在咖啡館工作的局限。舉例來說：你是否曾跑遍咖啡廳卻發現完全沒位子？或好不容易坐下來，隔壁桌卻非常吵鬧讓你無法專注？ 在擁擠的空間裡卻感到孤立，這種感覺並不自在。
因此我選擇了 Tea Bar 作為據點。這是一個對外國人非常友善 (Foreigner-Friendly) 的店家，店員和熟客都非常親切。
