What we’re about

Take a Thought for a Walk!
A 4-Hour Inquiry Workshop

Reconnect your mind and body in this unique experience that blends Inquiry with time in nature.

We’ll begin as a group to:

  • Get to know each other!
  • Introduce Inquiry and help you identify the thought you’d like to explore more
    deeply.
  • Explore various techniques to support the mind-body connection.

Then, you’ll have 2 hours to head out to the trails for a walking/hiking Inquiry practice—on your own or with a partner from the group.

This is your time to move, reflect, and experience the clarity that comes from combining nature and movement with Inquiry.

Finally, we’ll reconvene for a final hour of integration, sharing, and Q&A.
