Talent MCR #2 - AI in TA & leading through chaos
Street Group HQ, 11-13 Spear Street, Manchester, GBJoin us for the second Talent MCR event on Thursday 12th November, 2026! 🎉
In this event, we'll be inviting TA folk to show & tell what they've been building and how they've been using AI. This will include how we've made three hires in six weeks from a Claude-built sourcing tool at Street Group to kick things off!
If you'd like to share, please drop Laura a message on LinkedIn.
Following the lightning talk style show and tell will be an opportunity to discuss whatever's on your mind with peers, with a specific opportunity for TA Leads to discuss leading through chaos, and how you manage juggling reqs with leading a team.
People at all levels are welcome, from both in-house and agency, with the small caveat of no pitching - this is a safe place to share knowledge and connect with peers, not sell or be sold to 💖
See you there!
