Talk Money Without the Awkwardness Club is for anyone who wants to get better at negotiating salary and talking about money—without feeling weird about it. Whether you're preparing for a job interview, thinking about asking for a raise, or just curious about what people in your field actually earn, this is a judgment-free space to learn and practice together. We know money conversations can feel uncomfortable, so we keep things real and direct.
We meet regularly to share experiences, swap advice, and work through the scenarios that actually matter. You might be nervous about your first negotiation or frustrated that you've left money on the table before. Some of us are early in our careers figuring out what we're worth; others have been through this enough times to share what we've learned.
