WHAT: A sharing circle for anyone aiming to delve into our innate emotional intelligence, prioritize our mental health, and forge authentic connections with others. Each discussion group will be themed around an idea, such as "Building Healthy Relationships", "Finding Purpose and Meaning", and "Coping with Stress"

WHY: There is a real shortage of spaces where people can feel okay to talk about some of the emotional difficulties they are having in their lives. Through open conversation, genuine connection, and a judgment-free environment we aim to empower each other in our personal growth.
