talkin' vienna #69: Debatin'

Do you sometimes find yourself stuck in a discussion with someone and wish you could present your point of view better? Do you sometimes have trouble finding the right words? Do you feel uncomfortable convincing someone of something when you are not sold on it yourself? Let’s practise our debating skills together in a fun and supportive environment!

Please bring a small object to the event, we might use it for a fun exercise.

We'll meet at Tokyo Boom in Hofmühlgasse. You'll find us in the big room in the cellar. The event lasts up to three hours with a 15-minute break in between.

talkin' is an event series focusing on personal development and social adventures. We believe that the best way to grow as a person is to go out of your comfort zone, and have fun along the way. You don't think that's possible? Come and join us and see for yourself! The English speaking group invites internationals in Vienna, but also Austrians who enjoy speaking English.

We are a group of people who organize monthly Social Adventures, everyone is free to join. This event will be held in English, please respect each other and speak English only. German events will be organized in the future as well.
