talkin' vienna #82 - Connection through teambuilding

Sooo, teambuilding is usually used to… shocker… build teams.
So how about we flip it a bit? Let’s use those games, exercises and little challenges not just to “optimize collaboration,” but to actually connect people – and basically build a team with ST4Rangers.
So come out and try this little experiment with us.
Let’s cut the small talk short and do slightly bigger experiments together.

No awkward “so what do you do?” loops.
No networking vibes.
Just actual interaction.
A bunch of strangers in a room? Yes.
But give it 20 minutes and suddenly you’re solving something together, laughing about something stupid, or realizing you’re way more alike than expected.

Worst case: you had a fun evening.
Best case: you walk out with people you actually want to see again.
In the cozy cellar of Benno Café – where, at the very least, everyone will have a good time.
