Vajrayana Heroines: A Living Wisdom Circle
This online gathering is part of a small emerging sangha of women exploring the wisdom traditions of Tibetan Buddhism through the lens of Vajrayana heroines and dakini symbolism. Our meetings include teachings, discussion, contemplative practices, and occasional traditional rituals such as Tibetan Mo divination. Together we explore figures such as Tara, Niguma, Machig Labdrön, Vajrayogini and other awakened feminine archetypes, while also reflecting on the psychological and spiritual dimensions of these teachings in modern life. This circle is open to sincere seekers who are curious about tantric Buddhism, meditation, and the deeper qualities of awakened mind.

Tara Sadhana Practice
Location not specified yetThis Saturday, via zoom, the Vajrayana Heroines class will begin an exploration of White Tara Sadhana practice.
We will meet at specific Saturdays. The container is being preserved as a woman-only space.
Our previous Vajrayana Heroines presentations have focused on the meaning and history of five main Tibetan aspects of the Divine Female Wisdom. Now, we expand into a psychological immersion of techniques.
Through the Tara practice, we can learn the basic daily rituals that Tibetan Buddhism uses to connect to these archetypes and become them. With White Tara, the energetic intent is purity, healing, and the Wisdom component of the Wisdom/Compassion binary, merged in the Tantric Bliss and Joy of non-Dual Union.The psychological practices are taken from my psychotherapy practice and integrate Mindfulness and Somatic Awareness. Straight out of Buddhist thought, these are foundational Buddhist Psychotherapy techniques that I have shared with others to successfully build a greater tolerance and resiliency to the challenges of life.
