What we’re about
Discover WHY Cats and Dogs fill up our shelters with short tours of the Tampa Area . The answers are all around Tampa, and we have been going into many of the cat and dog overpopulation communities (many of them don't get their community cats and dogs fixed) to try and help.
We know of many Cats and Dogs in bad situations RIGHT NOW, but we need to show other people what we see so that others can understand what we're up against.
We typically see malnourished kittens with an eye infections, severe mange, kittens born next to a busy road and not surviving the first year of life, a colony of cats being threatened by coyotes, and in some cases dogs giving birth while tied to a leash, we see many things in the animal rescue world.
The solutions are simple (and we've gotten really good at taking care of problems), but don't be fooled, there are reasons why these problems haven't been solved.
