ATTENDENCE POLICY
As of our April '26 I am tracking attendance. The policy will be - If you "No-Show" to 2 events, you will only be put on a waiting list. Only the in-person events will be tracked. If you sign up you will be moved to waiting and not attending.
The reason is that we have had problems with 30% or less attendance on in-person events which have limited seating. This is not fair to those who want to attend.
For virtual events, we will not track attendance for no-shows. On those events, I do not care if folks don't show as they would not be taking a seat from someone. We will also use Meetup's new QR Code attendance process at future meetings.
