Title: Agile Couples Therapy: Building a Strong PO & SM Relationship

The Product Owner and the Scrum Master have distinctly different roles, but together, they form a bond that sets the tone, personality and rhythm of a scrum team. Their relationship drives the cohesiveness and productivity of the team, and can ultimately lead to team success or disaster. In this interactive talk, we explore what can (and often will) go wrong between the PO and SM, and talk through resolutions in an Agile Couples Therapy session - with the ultimate goal to make the PO and SM a match made in agile heaven.

Who should attend?
-Any scrum team member who wants to build a stronger relationship with their PO or SM
-Anyone who wants to better understand what motivates POs and SMs and how their roles impact team health

_______________________________Sponsorship________________________
Sponsoring is a great way to connect with leadership and practitioners and get to know the talent in our community. We can't hold these events without our valuable sponsors. Read on to learn about this evening's sponsors!

Our location sponsor for this evening is South University @SouthU (https://www.southuniversity.edu)
Established in 1899, South University offers more than 20 programs, from associate’s to doctoral degrees, in five distinct Colleges at our Tampa campus. Eats: Barrington from TEKSystems is sponsoring our eats tonight! I’ve used myself TEKSystems as a hiring manager and as a consultant and can personally recommend the great job they do placing people and then ensuring it’s a good match and good relationship throughout the engagement.

PLEASE READ: RSVP's are important for planning purposes and we take them very seriously! RSVP counts are used to determine meetup supplies, space, and how much food and drink to supply at each meetup. Did you know it costs a sponsor around $10 a head for food? The point is, if you RSVP to a meetup, please show up.
