Description
Bill will present some of the key tenets that all project leaders can apply with insights from the Art of Servant Leadership and moving from a good Scrum Master to a Great Scrum Master. With excerpts from Geoff Watts book “Scrum Mastery” – he will share with you some core principles that you can begin applying immediately as you improve yourself.
Bio:
Like many in the industry, Bill Washinski began his journey as an unofficial project manager and progressed due to a results-oriented approach. Upon receiving formal training in both traditional and Agile project management, Bill learned the science and art of managing projects. As part of that journey, he has applied a blended approach in applying best practices while earning certifications including the PMP®, CSM® and CSPO®.
Bill has over 20 years’ experience executing projects with financial institutions as both a producer and project leader, enabling him with the insight of recognizing the perspectives and priorities of different stakeholders. Through the power of influence, Bill has demonstrated a unique ability to build consensus and lead teams and positive directions.
