Let's kick off the new year by looking back at what we learned about Scrum in 2020 and looking forward to how we want to grow our Scrum knowledge in 2021. We'll have general discussion as well as breakout sessions focused on these topics:

• What challenges did you face as a Scrum practitioner in 2020?
• What did you learn from those challenges?
• What do you want to learn to improve your Scrum practice in 2021?

Come prepared with ideas for discussion on all three topics, and start 2021 strong!
