The Covid-19 pandemic is a massive wake-up call! We are awakening to the realization that the egocentric way we have been living is limiting and results in disconnection. We are awakening to our humanity and spirituality, to the call for all people to experience dignity, belonging, safety, equity, justice, peace, hope and love, to care for all living entities, to serve and to co- create a better world. Now more than ever, we are awakening to conscious leadership, shifting from one’s conditioned tendencies to be one’s authentic self. A conscious leader is awakened to one’s life purpose aligned with one’s vision and values, exercises the power of choice and practices leadership daily. A conscious leader lead from the inside-out.
