Scrum is often thought of as little more than a task management system--but it is designed to be so much more. In this presentation, we'll explore they WHY of Scrum. By the end of the event, participants will be able to:

* Identify the types of problems for which Scrum is appropriate
* Identify the elements of empiricism
* Explain how Scrum’s artifacts provide transparent information

Our host for this meeting will be Hays Technology, located at 4350 W Cypress, Tampa FL 33607, on the tenth floor. The building is the one closer to the hotel on Cypress. Parking is available in the garage, and there will be signs to direct you.
