Scrum is often thought of as little more than a task management system--but it is designed to be so much more. In this presentation, we'll explore they WHY of Scrum. By the end of the event, participants will be able to:

• Identify the types of problems for which Scrum is appropriate
• Identify the elements of empiricism
• Explain how Scrum’s artifacts provide transparent information
