Tampa Bay Women in Agile is excited to host Carol Dekkers in our upcoming event! Carol is a a software metrics expert whose passion lies in helping companies succeed through measurement (data analytics and cost estimation) and leadership (Heart of Agile concepts by Dr Alistair Cockburn.)

As the lead author for the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association (ICEAA)’s new Cost Estimating Body of Knowledge for Software (CEBOK-S) as well as a CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and former developer, Ms. Dekkers has insights into the role of software cost estimation that may not be apparent or valued by development teams such as:
