Conflict is a natural part of working together as a team. When conflict is not handled effectively, however, it pulls the team's attention and energy away from the task at hand. Unfortunately, people are prone to misdiagnosing the sources of conflict within a group, and as a result, they often apply the wrong solutions. This session presents a model and principles for identifying the most useful places to start addressing conflicts.
