The cafe: Katerina's Taverna & Grill (619 N Pinellas Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689)

The Details:
Meet @8:45
Roll @9:00 a.m.
Ride distance: about 26 miles
Rolling speed: 12-15 mph
Mix of street and trail riding.

We chose this route in hopes we will see bald eagles. There are 6 reported nests along the way, one which we will be able to observe from the trail. We will visit a park near this nest where the parents frequently hunt.

Parking: If there is room, we'll park in the far west section of the parking lot at the Splash Park. The parking area is not that big, so we should be able to find each other easily.

The Book: According to Amazon, A Woman is No Man tells, "the story of three generations of Palestinian-American women struggling to express their individual desires within the confines of their Arab culture in the wake of shocking intimate violence in their community." This book is available on Kindle Unlimited.

Read, Ride, Repeat: We meet about once a month to ride then relax at a cafe and discuss the book. We then pick the next book and route. You're welcome to join us for the ride if you don't read the book. Life happens, ride anyway.

The Safety Stuff:
You must wear a helmet and exhibit safe riding. Cyclists are subject to the same traffic laws as drivers. Be prepared with water & a spare tube/flat kit.
