Withlacoochee Trail: Floral City to the Good Neighbor Junction

Mix of trail and road riding.
Parking Information: We are parking at the Floral City Trailhead of the Withlacoochee Trail. The address is 8355 E Levy Ln, Floral City, FL 34436.
The Ride: We'll start with a 5-mile side ride on roads through a couple neighborhoods. Then we'll return to the trail and head south to Lake Townsen Preserve where we'll take a break (@ mile 13). From there, we'll head to the Good Neighbor Trail (@ mile 18) where we'll turn around and ride 13 miles back to the Floral City Trailhead. There are restrooms at Floral City where we're parking, and Lake Townsend, which we'll pass twice.

We are recreational bicyclists. Rides start from different locations in Tampa Bay led by volunteers. You must wear a helmet and exhibit safe riding. Cyclists are subject to the same traffic laws as drivers. Be prepared with water (it's going to be hot), snacks & a spare tube/flat kit.
