About us
Purpose:
This group was created with the purpose of reigniting real life interpersonal relationships. There have been so many changes the world has been experiencing like the impact of the virus, advent of the smartphone, explosion of social media, rise of dating apps and the growing scarcity of quality communities. It has forever changed the way on how we see one another and potentially has produced a distorted or warped view of building natural genuine connections.
It’s challenging for a lot of people to meet others and be involved in something great especially after getting out from high school and college. Becoming involved in a group that promotes self reflection and is adamant about becoming the best version of yourself will cause you to walk into the best years of your life. Let’s return to how everything was before.

This group is affiliated with the Tampa Bay Primals, a booking/travel/event hosting company in the entertainment industry.
Although the membership of this meetup group is free, there are events that require payment to attend and consists of a mark up price as part of a package deal with the venue or company Tampa Bay Primals is in collaboration with.
The rest of the events each month are free for the members and those solely focus on building community. There are about 6-8 events on average per month and an overwhelming majority of them are free for the members and give plenty of time for them to connect and establish great rapport. We have monthly Meet & Greets to help facilitate this.
Refund policy: No refunds given within a week of the event.
Terms & Conditions of Participation
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Tampa Bay events, you agree to the following:
- Your Safety & Risk: Participation is voluntary. You assume all risks, including injury, illness, or property damage/loss.
- Media Release: You consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use.
- Liability Release: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release the organizers, volunteers, and venue from any claims or liability related to the event.
- Conduct: You are responsible for your own actions and interactions.
- Data Sharing: You agree that your information may be saved and shared with hosts, collaborators, sponsors, and vendors of Tampa Bay Meetup.
- Venue: The event is at a third-party venue; organizers are not responsible for venue-related issues.
- Binding Agreement: Buying a ticket confirms you accept these terms.
By rsvp’ing and attending one of our events, you are also agreeing to opt in to potential recurring email and text marketing for our community events, content, updates and announcements.
