Say hello to our Art of Ramen 3 Course Cooking Night at none other than at Hyde Park Village!
We’ll be renting out a venue and we’ll have our options for the members to either get the hands on experience or spectate.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
- Handmade Ramen: Vegetable Broth, Shoyu Tare, Black Garlic Oil, Sesame Grilled Tofu, Kimchi, Negi, Nori
- Mushroom Gyoza (dumpling): Savory Mushroom, Asian Slaw, Shiitake demi-glace
- Bingsu: Shaved Ice, Mango, Almond, Basil Whipped Cream
All of this will come with Pineapple Fresca which will be made from Hibuscus Flower.
This class will focus on an in-depth exploration of traditional Japanese and French cooking.
There will be:
