There are so many issues: economic repression, school segregation, ingrained prejudice, and of course mistreatment by police.

So, how do we fix it? Reparations for slavery? Quotas to integrate jobs, schools, police forces?

It seems that the climate is right for change. Because of the recent unfortunate deaths by police caught on video, the world now understands the unfair treatment African Americans are still enduring. But it's a 500-year-old problem. Is there a quick fix? How can we get moving on a fast track?
