Celebrate spooky season with a Hackerspace twist! See how we can use laser cutters, embroidery machines, and sewing machines to make your very own customized throw pillow. You'll get to see how to use these machines for creative projects, and you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind pillow that’s ready to haunt your home. No prior experience is required (really!)—just bring your creativity and love for Halloween.

Sara has been crafting for so long that it made her feel old when she counted up how many decades she has been knitting, crocheting, sewing, etc. Her collection of crafting machines and supplies spans two states, but she's always looking for new tools, techniques, and ideas for making useful and not-so-useful things, and loves sharing the joy of making.
