About us
Women supporting women on our worst hair day. We might be over 35. We might be hungover. We may never really be THAT much into exercise. Makeup and brushed hair is optional, we don't take ourselves too seriously. We'll never make you submit a video or be instagram-ready to join our events. Sunscreen is recommended. We just wanna walk and talk and we'll probably never volunteer or give back to the community (sorry!).
So, if you like the thought of exercise, but not really, let's go on some walks on Bayshore Blvd or other super flat, super easy surfaces in Tampa Bay. We can reward ourselves with coffee or pure grain alchohol when its over. OH and I originally thought we'd take the brutally hot months off -- because Florida. But that leaves us with only a few pleasant weeks in January, Feb & March-- so we WILL be walking the hellish months too. See you soon!

CUP Coffee Shop, 3408 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL, US(uh, BS stand for Bayshore, why? what were you thinking?)
Hey Hags!
We love Sundays. This week we meet at CUP, stroll down to Bayshore Blvd, and return. Then we'll sip coffee and discuss why none of us were included in Artemis II's flight crew. Skip the coffee part if you have anything less than positive vibes for Coffee Uniting People, where staff is differently-abled, and getting the wrong order is considered good luck.
Hope you can make it :)Parking: At CUP shopping center parking lot (3408 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa)
Where to Meet: at 7:00am in front of CUP coffee shop (South Tampa location)
The Plan: We'll walk from CUP parking lot to Bayshore Blvd and walk back (CUP doesn't open until 8 btw)About CUP: Coffee Uniting People - a local nonprofit coffee shop that hires people with and without disabilities to work together in an inclusive workplace. They provide opportunity for people of all abilities and serve drip coffee, specialty coffees, teas, desserts and light fare.

Weedon
Weedon Island Preserve, 1800 Weedon Drive NE,, St. Petersburg, FL, USHey Hags!
Once again we pay homage to the ancient indigenous people of Weedon Island. How they lived comfortably without mosquito repellent is still one of life's greatest mysteries. This week we hit Weedon Island Preserve's trails and boardwalks (and try not to get lost). If we're still on speaking terms after the walk, meet us at Patrona Coastal Cafe for a Rooster Booster and a light sunburn.
Hope you can make it!Meet: 7am at Weedon Island Preserve, 1800 Weedon Drive NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. The park gate opens at Sunrise.
Parking: Free! at the entrance to the Preserve, follow the signs.
Optional: Coffee afterwards at Patrona Coastal Cafe, 13090 Gandy Blvd N, St. Petersburg, FL 33702
