If you're looking for a way to ditch mom (or your kids), look no further. We're celebrating Madre's Day the old fashioned way: an uncomfortably hot walk to Bayshore Blvd. Afterwards, we'll raise our iced lattes to childhood trauma. Skip the coffee part if you have anything less than positive vibes for Coffee Uniting People, where staff is differently-abled, and getting the wrong order is considered good luck.

Parking: At CUP shopping center parking lot (3408 S Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa). Park in the back, front, side, whatever.
Where to Meet: at 7:00am in front of CUP coffee shop (South Tampa location)
The Plan: We'll walk from CUP parking lot to Bayshore Blvd and walk back (CUP doesn't open until 8 btw)
About CUP: Coffee Uniting People - a local nonprofit coffee shop that hires people with and without disabilities to work together in an inclusive workplace. They provide opportunity for people of all abilities and serve drip coffee, specialty coffees, teas, desserts and light fare.
