Tampa Widows and Widowers

This group is designed for Widows and Widowers ONLY. If you are looking to make new friendships and new beginnings with others who have also experienced the loss of a spouse/partner, we welcome you to this group.
Each month, on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:30pm, we will meet at a different restaurant in the Tampa Bay Area to enjoy an evening meal out. We can share our own personal journeys and struggles that we all now face, learning from each other how to adapt to our new normal.

We expect everyone to always conduct themselves appropriately and respectfully at each dinner and within our group site. Do not contact group members that you have not yet met at a monthly dinner. If you receive a message from another member that you have not yet met at a monthly dinner, DO NOT reply, save the message and notify myself, Nicol, or Susie, immediately.

To cover the cost of running our Meetup group, an annual NON-refundable membership fee of $15.00 is now being implemented. Dues can be paid using the Meetup app. Any leftover funds from the annual cost to run the group will be raffled off as a gift card at our December Holiday dinner.
