This course will be held in complete darkness. Students will be taught the correct use of flashlight and mounted lights to identify and engage threats. Topics covered include: equipment selection, drawing and correct manipulation of various flashlights, moving and shooting in the dark, sighted and instinctive shooting in the dark, shooting from cover, and reloading techniques including speed loads and tactical reloads in the dark. This is NOT a basic class. All student should be safe and well-versed in the use of their pistols before attending.

Skills and Requirements Needed Coming Into this Class:
- Must be competent with the manipulation and use of your chosen firearm
- Must have concealed weapons permit or have completed criminal background check
- Safety is paramount. All participants must be experienced shooters who are competent with their chosen firearm. This class is not to teach you the fundamentals of drawing and reloading your firearm. Students are expected to have this knowledge prior to the course to promote safety and optimal learning.

Course Brief:
This 3-Day Immersion Course takes the student through Levels One and Two of our Advanced Defense Handgun curriculum in an extended format allowing for more repetition of drills while learning to shoot under stress. Progression is based on a building block concept to a level where learned skills become instinctive.

Skills and Requirements Needed Coming Into this Class: - Must be comfortable shooting on your own in a traditional static range environment.
- Must have shot at least 1000 rounds through the gun you will be using prior to this class (500 rounds of which must be within last 12 months).
- Must understand how your gun functions and be able to load, unload, show clear. Students who need help with loading or unloading their firearm (or magazine) or struggle with understanding and handling basic malfunctions are not prepared for this class.
- Must be familiar and competent with your chosen handgun and using consistent fundamentals at a level of unconscious competency.
- For semi-automatic handguns, must be able to pull the slide back and lock it open (back) and clear a malfunction (jam).
- Must demonstrate a firm understanding of and respect for basic firearm safety rules and range etiquette.
- Must possess the mental and emotional fortitude to handle the stress of shooting in close proximity to other people. You will be working from a holster, shooting and moving NEXT to other shooters without barriers between you.
- Must have concealed weapons license or provide a copy of a recent criminal background check.

Long Range Rifle Immersion Level One:
Course Brief:
This course will be invaluable to anyone who wants to experience the satisfaction of long range precision marksmanship. It is specifically designed around the needs of shooters (both new and old) that are interested in learning the fundamental skills for shooting accurately out to 500 yards whether for hunting or sport. Course intent is to cover the techniques required to achieve first round hits out to 500 yards. This is a marksmanship skills course and does not include advanced sniper techniques. Course consists of classroom and on-range practical training.
Course Level: Intermediate

Team Tactics
Course Brief: You know how to operate your pistol and have trained to shoot under stress. You associate with like-minded people who are also armed. But do you know how to work together as a team to increase
your odds of surviving a critical incident? If you have trained and practiced your reactions, tactics and techniques together, you will work as a cohesive team and dramatically increase your chances of
success.Think of a deadly-force scenario. Now add the variable of Other People that are with you! Now visualize the same scenario with BOTH of you acting in unison, both knowing exactly what to do, how to communicate, which direction to move. Better?
This course teaches how to shoot, move and communicate safely as a team in and around buildings, reacting to and dealing with a deadly-force type scenario such as an active shooter environment. For those of you without a training partner, we'll team you up with another competent shooter to watch your back and safely navigate through the many dynamic scenarios. This is a great training opportunity with unique techniques, scenarios and drills specifically for two-person teams such as Couples, Colleagues, Friends, Families and the average CWFL holder.
