## Advanced Concealed Carry (ACC)
Course Brief: This 4 Hour class covers the realities of drawing and using your pistol in a self-defense confrontation. It is designed for proficient and experienced handgun shooters comfortable with static range shooting. This is not for newer shooters or those with limited handgun experience. It is not a target shooting class, it’s learning to use your firearm in a realistic way to fight for your life and specifically addresses Concealed Carry issues. This is designed for current Concealed Carry License holders who would like to hone their personal protection skills for real-life situations.
Course Level: Intermediate
Cost: $175
Length: 4 Hours
Skills that will be Worked On and Topics Discussed in this Class:
- Understanding Stress Fire
- Understanding Line of Sight in Combative Environments
- Correct Drawing Techniques
- Drawing from Concealed Carry
- Combative Shooting Platform
- Introduction to Combative Shooting Techniques
- Two-Handed Subconscious Sight Picture Techniques
- Trigger Reset
- Transitioning from Target Practice Shooting to Defensive Handgun Training
Skills and Requirements Needed Coming Into this Class:
- Must be comfortable shooting on your own in a traditional static range environment.
- Must have shot at least 750 rounds within last 12 months through the gun you will be using prior to this class.
- Must understand how your gun functions and be able to load, unload, show clear. Students who need help with loading or unloading their firearm (or magazine) or struggle with understanding and handling basic malfunctions are not prepared for this class.
- Must be familiar and competent with your chosen handgun and using consistent fundamentals at a level of Unconscious Competency.
- For semi-automatic handguns, must be able to pull the slide back and lock it open (back) and clear a malfunction (jam).
- Must demonstrate a firm understanding of and respect for basic firearm safety rules and range etiquette.
- Must possess the mental and emotional fortitude to handle the stress of shooting in close proximity to other people. You will be working from a holster, shooting and moving NEXT to other shooters without barriers between you.
- Must have concealed weapons license or provide a copy of a recent criminal background check.

Equipment List:
- Your Chosen Handgun for Concealed Carry
- Holster for your Chosen Handgun (Click Here for Holster Guidelines)
- Minimum of 2 Magazines for Semi-Automatic or Speed Loaders for Revolver (The more you bring, the more time you get to spend shooting!)
- 200 Rounds Ammunition (This may be purchased at the range.)
- Full-wrap Eye and Ear Protection (This may be purchased at the range.)
- Sturdy Belt (designed to hold the weight of a gun)
- Pants with Belt Loops
- Closed-toe Shoes
- No V-neck or Tank-top Shirts
- A Cover Garment such as a Lightweight Button-up Shirt.
- Pen and Paper
All students must arrive with the equipment/clothing listed above. Those without the required equipment will not be able to participate in the on-range portion of the course.

Course Brief: This class is for anyone who has a fighting rifle / carbine such as the AK, AR, platforms etc and wants to learn how to use them effectively in a realistic environment. This is an all-day on-range course for the serious shooter wanting to get the most from this weapon system. Some of the items covered in the course are Standing, Kneeling and Prone Positions, Shooting On The Move, Shooting From Cover, and Reloading Techniques including Speed Loads and Tactical Reloads.
Course Level: Intermediate to Advanced

- Your Chosen Magazine Fed (Semi Auto) Rifle with a Stock that has been zeroed. Pistol and Rimfire Calibers and SBRs are acceptable.
- 500 Rounds Rifle Ammunition (This may be purchased at the range.)
- Tactical Sling, 1 or 2 point or 2-1 convertible
- Minimum of 5 Rifle Magazines (The more the better!)
- Magazine Pouches to allow carry of 2 Spare Rifle Magazines
- Full-wrap Eye and Ear Protection (May be rented from the range.)

Full payment will be due to the instructor at the start of class, cash or credit. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. This card will not be charged unless you incur one of the following fees:
$25 Administrative Fee for any schedule changes or cancellations (regardless of cause)
$125 Late Cancellation Fee for changes or cancellations made within 72 hours of class.
$275 No Show Fee for cancellations received with 24 hours of the class and no shows.No refunds will be issued and the full course fees will apply to students arriving unprepared for the class.
