Charity Polo Classic - Shift 1 (9 am -12 pm)

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity that benefits six great charities (see below) by giving only a few hours of your time. It's so exciting to just think about all of the people in our local community that we will be helping!

RSVP soon. This is a popular event, so spots will fill up very quickly.

There are two shifts for this opportunity:

• Shift 1: 9 am - 12 pm (RSVP to this event)
• Shift 2: 12 pm - 3 pm (RSVP to the other event)

What we get to do:
They can use the help of our Tampa Volunteers in several places. They will assign us based on the greatest need when we arrive. Here are some of the things we might get to do:

• Registration
• Taking pictures of guests
• Set up
• Parking assistance
• Champagne caddies
• Bar assistance

Other information:

• You will receive a volunteer t-shirt, lanyard and your assignment when you check in at the volunteer tent
• Lunch, soda & water will be provided to volunteers
• When you register, please provide the names, emails and t-shirt sizes for you and any guests that will be volunteering with you. This is required by the organization.

About the The Charity Polo Classic:
The Charity Polo Classic was founded in early December 2011 by Advertising Executive and Professional Polo Player, Chris Gannon and Children’s Cancer Center Board Member, Patrick Moraites. The men decided to combine their love for philanthropy and polo to create an event that is unlike any other in the Tampa Bay area. After reaching out to their business contacts and friends, the Inaugural Charity Polo Classic Planning Committee was created. The team was given the difficult task of conceptualizing and organizing a large-scale event in only three months. Now, 10+ years later we’re on track to raise more money than ever before at our largest event yet!
