Set up for Heart of Adoption - A Legacy for Love

We need volunteers to help set up for the Heart of Adoption Gala - We will help set up decorations and items for the silent auction. If any volunteers would like to help with set up and also volunteer at the event, there will be a place to freshen up/change before volunteering at the event, if you decide to do so.

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the setup. We will have the event location from noon until the event ends at midnight. You can help with the setup anytime between 12pm - 5pm. The event starts at 6 pm. You're welcome to volunteer during the event as well.

This event will offer an exciting evening filled with inspiration and entertainment.
Highlights of the evening include:
Speakers, silent and live auctions featuring unique items and experiences to raise funds for the cause.
Great food, drinks, live music, dancing, and fun games.

Heart of Adoptions Alliance, Inc. offers professional services provided by qualified and experienced staff. Staff are experienced in all aspects of adoption and have specialized training to meet all the needs for both domestic adoption-related issues and intercountry adoption-related issues.
