34th Annual Gourmet Feastival Pre-Event Setup Crew

Get a behind-the-scenes look and help us launch the 34th Annual Gourmet Feastival! This annual fundraiser enables The Helen Gordon Davis Centre for Women to serve more than 3,000 community members in need each year. We need a high-energy powerhouse crew to help us transform the venue.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Unloading the rental truck and unpacking supplies.
• Setting up vendor booths, hanging signage, and placing tablecloths.
• Organizing and displaying over 100 items in the Silent Auction area.
• Distributing paper goods and materials to food and beverage stations.

What You Need to Know:

• Physical Requirement: This shift requires active physical labor, lifting, and moving items.
• Dress Code: Casual and comfortable. Closed-toe shoes are required.
• Perks: To thank you for your hard work, every setup volunteer receives a complimentary admission ticket (Value: $75) to attend the main Feastival event on Thursday, July 30!
• Important: All volunteers must be 21 or older. There is no secure storage for personal items or purses, so please pack light.
