34th Annual Gourmet Feastival - Morning Setup Team

It’s event day! Help us cross the finish line before the guests arrive for the 34th Annual Gourmet Feastival, benefiting The Helen Gordon Davis Centre for Women. We need a detailed, efficient crew to finalize the venue setup.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Completing the setup of restaurant and beverage vendor booths.
• Setting up the ticket management, registration, and volunteer check-in tables.
• Finalizing the layout, display signs, and organization of the Silent Auction area.
• Distributing final paper products, glasses, and tasting trays.

What You Need to Know:

• Schedule Note: At 2:00 PM, all morning volunteers must exit the venue while the silent auction is locked down. You will not be allowed to stay inside the venue between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
• Perks: You will receive a complimentary admission ticket at check-in. You are invited to come back to Higgins Hall to enjoy the full Feastival for free when doors open to the general public at 6:00 PM!
• Dress Code: Comfortable clothes for setup. A staging area is available if you wish to bring a change of business-casual clothes for the evening event.
• Important: All volunteers must be 21 or older. No secure storage is available for purses or valuables.
