What we’re about
The Tampa Bay User Experience Group is a volunteer-led user experience professional organizations in south central Florida created by Krissy Scoufis in August, 2013. Mike Gallers and Beth Galambos joined the leadership team shortly after the group started and together they hosted over 70+ events.
In 2022, Rob Vanasco took over the group and began hosting meetups in January 2023.
The purpose of the group is to provide ways for the local UX community, and those interested in UX, to connect, learn, and grow.
The goal of the group is to..
- Create a place where people feel welcome, accepted, and heard.
- Provide opportunities for people to learn and practice UX principles.
- Connect people with one another.
- Provide opportunities to serve our communities and use our UX skills to improve the lives of the people around us.
