Beginners Ukulele - Largo Public Library

3 weekly 1.5 hr. sessions
Free to adults
Bring ukulele, tuner, strap (optional) or loan kit from library
In-class ukulele loaners available
Week 1: holding, tuning, strumming, basic 1-2-3 finger chords, simple songs
Week 2: Review, maintenance, C major scale, Key of C chords, 3-4 finger chords, novice songs
Week 3: Review, reading tabs, barre chords, free web site resources, free local jams

We look forward to meeting new musicians and sharing our enthusiasm for the ukulele. We all start at the same place and grow based on our commitment to practice time and consistency.
