Free Ukulele Workshops at Tarpon Springs Library

Tampa Bay Ukulele Society offers free ukulele workshops at our participating libraries. After only three workshops you'll be able to join in the fun at local jams and open mics that we hold in Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and Clearwater. There are others down in the Gulfport and St Pete areas as well. Don't have a ukulele? No problem, we have extras for the workshops and you can borrow them at most public libraries throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. Learn basic chords and you'll be strumming and singing around 20 songs by the end of the 3rd workshop. Workshops in Tarpon Springs are offered in the fall and spring. Our fall series runs September 9, 16, and 23. If you can't make all three, not a problem, you'll be surprised how much you learn in just one workshop! Come out for the fun and learn a new skill that you'll keep for life! And meet a lot of similarly-minded people too at jams and open mics!
