Procurement teams hold the keys to the enterprise kingdom—but do you know what makes them tick?
In this session, John Licato, Brie Matier, Matt Bauer, MBA, CPPO, CPPB, CPSM, NIGP-CPP, C.M., and Stephanie Garrison (Moderated by Stephen Sopko) will be pulling back the curtain on enterprise procurement: how these teams operate, what influences their decisions, and the strategies SMBs can use to actually get through the door. If you've ever wondered why your pitch isn't landing, this is for you.

Approaches to leveraging AI in automating enterprise contract lifecycles (while maintaining compliance).
