Tantra recognizes the two opposing energies that make up this manifested reality. Yin and Yang, electric and magnetic, shiva and shakti, masculine and feminine. The ultimate truth of all being is the perfect union of these two, and so- Tantra seeks to harmonize these two energies. During this city retreat, you’ll learn about the qualities of masculine and feminine energy and how they fuel one another. You’ll explore them within yourself and through the meeting with others. Mastering these energies in your life and relationships will result in more balance, increased eros, deeper intimacy and a more satisfying sex life.

For who is this?
This is module 4 of a 5 module journey around the topic of Sacred Sexuality. Newcomers to the journey are welcome, but if you are a total beginner in Tantra, it might make more sense to first join another workshop. It is suited for individuals and romantic partners that are open to engage with a group.

Please take note
This event takes place at a beautiful studio located on the 5th floor. There is no elevator so please only sign up if you are able to walk up and down the stairs. You’ll find the studio in the second backyard. Take the outdoor stairs up to the front door of the building.

About the facilitator
Hi! My name is Sophie. I'm Tantra and feminine embodiment facilitator. It's my greatest passion is to create spaces in which individuals and couples are able to (re-)connect with the beauty of life, the beauty of humanity and the beauty of being themselves.

I have been teaching Tantra for over 2 years. I'm double certified as a Tantra teacher (700 hours by the esteemed Ma Ananda Sarita) and have studied with teachers in Greece, Thailand, India and Ibiza. My workshops are gentle yet transformative, spiritual yet grounded and always heart-centered.
