Esoteric Tantra Course

The Tantra Course is an invitation to bring spirituality into your everyday life—your work, relationships, family, and inner world. With a structured approach that combines Hatha Yoga, meditation, and insightful theory, it helps you deeply understand and integrate the core teachings of Tantra.

The course is divided into 7 modules. After the Introduction Module, we dedicate 7 weeks to exploring each of the 7 Chakras, diving deeply into the energy and essence of each one.

This Friday, June 27th, we'll start the chapter on the third chakra, Manipura 💛.

Each class consists of 1.5 hour of Hatha Yoga practice and 1 hour of theory.
