This weekend Tantra retreat is designed for complete immersion of #mindbody & spirit. The world is so intense right now - we find sacred grounding in nature, each other, and the many forms of yoga & mindful practices. Self awareness & cultivation of strength through life struggles are just few benefits of these practices.
We will practice different #Tantra specific body work with Tantric #meditations as well as partner practices in the company of like minded friends. Throughout the retreat, Rashmi will guide you to various mind strengthening meditations and will reveal to you the the associated sadhana based upon the session's practices. These ancient meditations promote healing between the masculine and feminine in each individual, which is so vital to our happiness and healing of ourselves first and then the world.

No partner is necessary. This series is applicable to individuals and couples alike.
