If you have these and other questions about tantric practice, this is the ideal group to find answers with an initiated and well experienced teacher of Tantra.

Essentially, real tantric practice has, unfortunately for the most part, become lost in the sexualisation of tantra in the western world. Tantra is however about weaving together all aspects of your being and in so doing you become whole and achieve more satisfaction in life as well as in your sexuality.

Tantric breath-work is the very basis of tantric practice and tantric meditation is a wonderful way to relax the mind and get completely into the now. In fact, it is the best way! Join the two together and you essentially have tantric practice no matter what activity you are doing or where you are. This process is fun and enjoyable. You will learn how to meditate with your senses and thus become present in the now, moment to moment.

This group will offer a series of online talks and workshops as well as the occasional in person workshop in Vienna and elsewhere should there be a demand.

During the online workshops there will be time to ask questions and to question answers as well as to share experiences with one another.

English is the main language but with sufficient interest parallel German language workshops and talks can take place

Your coach is Ma Anand Leandra (The Lion Woman, Mother of Bliss), an initiated and experienced teacher of Tantra.
