Need an interview refresher or looking to brush up on best practices?
Given the many job changes occurring in the current economy, TAP-SF is excited to present its first interviewing skills workshop, catered to those who may not have interviewed for a while or are looking to optimize their interview performance. We invite to join us for this online workshop by signing up here: https://e.sparxo.com/Interviewing-Skills-Workshop.
Among others, topics will include the following:
-How to prepare for an interview
-Common interview questions
-Framework for answering interview questions
-Common interviewing pitfalls
The interview questions discussed will be non-technical in nature, and there will be time for questions at the end. Because space is limited, please be sure to confirm that you are able to commit before you sign up; that way, we do not needlessly deny someone else a spot. Once you sign up, we will send you a Google Meet link closer to the date.
If you have any questions, please email [masked].
About the Presenter
Pursuant to TAP-SF's professional development theme of building one another up as one community, the workshop will be led by our very own professional development chair, Ada Wan. Ada is a current people operations leader at Google who has interview experience at the company as a hiring manager, cross-functional interviewer and candidate. She has also recruited for a venture philanthropy fund, interviewed candidates for a nonprofit consulting firm and spent time in sales and public interest law. She has an MBA from Yale and a BA from Harvard.
