We'll gently wake up your body and energy, bathe your system in crystal bowl sound healing, and finish with a focused Kundalini manifesting exercise to fuel the fulfillment of your desires.

  Start with simple, accessible Qigong movements and breathing to get your internal energy circulating and your nervous system relaxed.
• Crystal Bowl Sound Healing
  Drop into a deep, restorative state as crystal bowls help align and open your chakras, releasing stuck and stagnant energy.
• Kundalini Manifesting Exercise
  Close with a guided Kundalini manifesting practice to anchor your intentions and energize your goals for the new year.
