Weekday Scramble™ from CG to Pittsboro averaging 17-18 mph. Your choice to drive the pace, punch the hills or lay back and suck a wheel -- let's be safe, call out hazards and show respect to those around you. We can re-group at major intersections if necessary to keep the group together. We'll stop at Phoenix Bakery (Mile 28.7) for some caffeine, treats and conversation. On the short return, feel free to take off and burn those calories for the last 3 1/2 miles, once we cross the Haw River.
