I'm a Level 1 Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, as in the movie "Somm," working on reaching Level 2. Join me on this journey and learn with me. I will design tastings based on the group's input and create tasting sheets and wine histories that you can take with you. My goal is to create a fun tasting environment where you actually learn something. We will break from the typical wine store tastings style and do side by side comparisons and explore a topic in depth. One tasting could be exploring Old World vs New World Pinot Noir or explore a region like the Alsace or Tuscany. It's all up to the group! I've charged over $300 to conduct similar tastings, but the fee I charge here is mainly to cover the cost of wine.
