Twin Cities Veg Fest Volunteer Orientation (Online Option)

Twin Cities Veg Fest is almost here!

If you signed up to volunteer at the festival, please plan to attend either this Zoom orientation on Monday, September 15 (join the meeting here), or the in-person session at Harriet Island Regional Park in Saint Paul on Tuesday, September 16.

## What the meeting will accomplish

We will provide an overview of:

• Key locations at the festival, including where to check in
• Code of conduct and expectations
• Emergency plan
• Directions and day-of logistics

There will also be:

• A chance to meet fellow volunteers and CAA staff
• and a Q&A session

We will record the session for those unable to attend live.
