## Twin Cities Veg Fest is almost here!

If you signed up to volunteer at the festival, please plan to attend either this in-person orientation at Harriet Island Regional Park on Tuesday, September 16, or the Zoom session on Monday, September 15.

## Where to Attend

Meet us in front of the Clarence W. Wigington Pavilion at 200 Dr. Justus Ohage Boulevard.

## Here’s what to expect:

• Free vegan pizza & drinks
• Your volunteer t-shirt
• Overview of key locations at the festival, such as where to check-in
• Overview of code of conduct and expectations
• Emergency plan overview
• Directions and day-of logistics
• A chance to meet fellow volunteers and CAA staff
• Q&A session

Plentiful free parking is available on-site for the orientation.
